Happy New Year, everyone! I’ll get into my year-in-review post sometime next week when things have settled back down here post-holidays (because don’t forget – there are 12 days of Christmas).

We have some of the usual suspects, such as Pizza Dough, Cinnamon Rolls, and Basic Bread, as well as a new class, Baking Basics, which is great for beginners and families. Hope to see you in class soon, and I’ll be back with an update next week.
