Holiday Menu & Orders 2025

It’s that time of year again – holiday orders! You can find this year’s menu on the Orders page, or conveniently by clicking the button below:

If you have a question about an item or anything on the menu, feel free to send me an email (that’s the best way to contact me, and will generally ensure the quickest response for questions), or call/text.

Orders are open now, and can be placed through December 12. Pickup and delivery are available through December 22. Scheduled pickup is available at the following locations:

Pickup from markets or the kitchen are free; delivery incurs a fee based on your location.

You can order in one of two ways:

  1. Send me an email (thecrunchybaker @ gmail.com, without the spaces) or fill out the Contact form with your order. Be sure to include desired delivery/pickup options. I will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with any follow-up questions and information, as well as payment options.
  2. Call or text the number on the menu.

Orders should be placed at least 72 hours in advance (but ideally, 1 week) of your desired pickup or delivery date. Specialty cakes (particularly yule logs) require at least five days notice to allow for refrigeration and decorating time.

Payment can be done via Venmo or Square. Special orders must be paid in advance. Prices on the menu do not include tax or electronic payment fees, but your final invoice will reflect these fees. (Psst – if you catch me at a market and order there, you can pay with cash or SNAP tokens.)

If you have a special request or want something not specifically listed on the menu (e.g. a pastry or cake you’ve had at market), send me a message. I do have an in-season and local focus, so some fruits may not be available except in jam or filling form. As far as special dietary needs, while some cakes are naturally gluten-free (like a flourless chocolate cake or Orange Almond Cake) or dairy free (like my Pumpkin Olive Oil Cake), most menu items contain both gluten and dairy, and cannot be modified. Let me know of any food allergies in your order request.

Additionally, special orders are bulk orders – items are done in dozens (more for smaller cookies, like rugelach or biscotti) or full cakes ONLY. For individual pieces, visit me at holiday markets and say hi!

If I really like you and you’re out of town and need cookies, you know who you are, and you should text me about shipping. Otherwise, I’m keeping it pretty local.

Happy holidays, and merry homesteading!
