What should I expect in a typical class?
Expect a hands-on learning class with demonstrations, lots of individual and group hands-on learning and creating, plenty of room for questions, and of course, tasty things to bring home! We’ll also have short breaks in the middle of class, where snacks will be provided.
What is provided in class?
We provide kitchen tools, such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, and spoons, as well as aprons. We’ll also have snacks and non-alcoholic drinks provided for breaks.
What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear closed-toed, rubber-soled or other non-slip shoes (such as sneakers) and comfortable clothes with sleeves that can be pushed back and won’t get in the way. Bring containers to take home your creations, as well.
Waiver and Release
All participants must sign waiver and release forms before attending a class. Teens and children under age 18 must have a parent or guardian sign waiver and release forms before beginning classes.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the start of a class to receive a refund or credit towards a future class. Otherwise, all class sales are final and non-transferable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card and PayPal online. You can also make payments with cash; arrangements must be made within 5 days of the start of a class to pay with cash.
Additionally, we offer a range of sliding scale rates for classes, so more people can get in on learning to bake! Please send an email to thecrunchybaker@gmail.com for more information.
What is the best way to contact you?
Send an email to thecrunchybaker@gmail.com with any other questions you have. You will receive a response within 24 hours, but usually much more quickly.
